This call gives us everything we need to put together a draft proposal. No hard sell, no obligation. Just a genuine conversation.

    Your Tailored Proposal

    Within a few days

    Based on our conversation, we put together a detailed proposal that explains exactly what we recommend, why, and what it costs. Plain English, no jargon. The proposal covers your support plan, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 management, and any additional solutions that fit your business.

    Meet Your Team

    Teams call or onsite visit

    We organise a meeting — either via Microsoft Teams or at your office — to walk through the proposal together. We explain the solution in detail, answer every question, and make sure you're comfortable with what's being recommended. This is your chance to meet the team who'll be looking after your business and ask anything that's on your mind.

    IT Systems Review

    Generally 1 hour onsite

    If you'd like to proceed further, we conduct a review of your current IT systems — generally onsite, but it can be done remotely. This takes about an hour and gives us a detailed picture of your current position: what's working, what's not, and where the gaps are — particularly around cybersecurity and compliance. We use this to fine-tune the proposal so it accurately reflects your environment. You'll also receive your Raven Cybersecurity Score — a clear number out of 500 that shows exactly how protected you are today.

    Review & Sign

    Your pace

    Once you're happy with the proposal and all questions are answered, we present a contract for review and signing. Our contracts are typically 24 months — this is the most economical option with no setup fee, as it allows us to amortise the significant upfront costs we incur during onboarding. We also offer 12-month terms for businesses that prefer a shorter initial commitment.     The Four-Week Onboarding

    This is where the magic happens — and where most people expect things to go wrong. They don't. Your onboarding follows PRINCE2 project methodology, planned and executed over four carefully structured weeks. Throughout the four weeks, you receive weekly updates on exactly what's been done, what's coming next, and any impacts (which are almost always unlikely).
